KL Gateway is a Transit Oriented Development located in a superb location in term of connectivity and accessibility. Besides located in the intersection between NPE, Federal Highway, Kerinchi, Sprint and etc, residents can enjoy a covered walkway to the LRT station.

Key buildings around would be University Malaya, Pullman Hotel, MidValley Megamall, KL Ecocity corporate offices, and many more, which clearly correlates with the high traffic volume in that area.

As a self -sustaining building with malls, offices and residence, the unit layout was too commercial for me. This design is common for hotel room with high efficiency floor plate design, resulting in units having limited daylight and ventilation.

However, this clearly illustrates the difference between an own stay and investment property where this project is excellent in terms of attracting expats that can afford high rent but a general malaysian will not stay if given a choice.
