One of the hottest controversial handover in town due to their innovative approach to furnishings. They adopted the material honesty approach to the entire development which until today, the developer still have a lot to touch up as the market still do not understand the design.
To me, I appreciate the bold move which might be intentional to gain exposure organically. Just like their orange connecting bridge, the developer seems to be innovative in grabbing attention from the market. Plus this is one of the rare Transit Oriented Development in the Cheras area connected to the MRT.
Cheras streetscape has changed dramatically ever since the completion of MRT and the connecting pedestrian bridge across Jalan Cheras. However, the supply of affordable range products in that area is just too high which I think will be a temporary hindrance to the capital appreciation.
