Located next to Elite highway, in between Cyberjaya and Kota Warisan, Serenia City seems to be capturing the appetite of home buyers because their first 2 launches were sold out!!
It has been a while since I last hear about people setting up camps just to secure a property. Even during the visit on a weekday, the sales gallery was busy. This township offers similar components including industrial components, commercial lots and offices, luxury and affordable residential, lakes, parks, and etc. The unique part would be the integration of Xiamen University as a catalyst to drive the population of the township.
In terms of connectivity, I was surprised it was only 15 mins drive away from Puchong South toll via cyberjaya. Plus the have the Salak Tinggi ERL station directly connected to KL Sentral and KLIA, which makes this a favourite for staffs who works around the aviation industry.
However, my only concern would be the initial stage of the township would not be as convenient to live in just yet. And the specification for these few phase were less compared to Elmina and Bandar Bukit Raja, maybe just to further reduce the cost.
