Known to be the tallest building in the Southern part of Klang Valley, Sfera Residency is located in Puchong South, sandwiched in between Sri Kembangan and Puchong.
The connectivity to the future MRT station and the highway network is the most attractive feature of the location. Besides, it would be really convenient to stay and live here as the building is surrounded by several commercial areas. The only shortcoming I foresee would be the bottle neck of Jalan Putra Permai.
Looking and judging from the marketing collateral, every space looks great. The swimming pool, gym, multi purpose hall, kids play area and etc, all are just awesome. But I really dislike the central positioning of the core, which is the lift lobby. As a result, you’ll have a lift lobby that has totally zero ventilation and access to daylight, as well as a long and dark corridor.
As the structural arrangement and orientation is strongly dictated by the retail and offices below, that greatly affected the layout of the apartment units. Inefficient space layout including dark kitchen, unnecessary circulation area, narrow entrance to the room, and it goes on… all because of the poor planning of structural members. They can really do better with the amount of area provided.
Anyway, it’s still an attractive offer where affordable price can still fetch a premium lifestyle facilities.
